Hi to all, here are points which we had discussed on 29 February 2012 ...

Dinner
  1. Date - 20 April 2012
  2. Venue - SAM, Glass Hall
  3. DM will be in charge of logistics (dinner only)
  4. Suggested flow of events
    1. Opening address by CS Admin
    2. Short speech by VIP (MOS or dunno what minister)
    3. Band performance
    4. Cake-cutting
    5. Buffet
  5. Committee needed
  6. S$30 per pax
  7. Maximum number of participants - 150
  8. Anyone who pays for the dinner will get priority booking of workshops or aniversary tee
Roles and responsibilities
  1. CJ - Emcee for dinner and treasurer
  2. DM - Dinner
  3. Invitation - Eddy and Gautam
  4. Sponsors - Simon and PE
  5. Anniversary tee design and banner - Ortega or Alex ;)
  6. Seb and Peterpan - Ops for SAM and 8SQ, liaising with speakers in terms of logistics
  7. AG - Volunteers
  8. PE - Approaching speakers
Proposed structure of the events for 21-22 April
  1. 8 talks/workshops per day - 16 day talks in total and 1 night photography
  2. Timings - 10.30am to 12pm, 12.30pm to 2pm, 2.30pm to 4pm & 4.30pm to 6pm
  3. Night photography on 21 April only
  4. Photo walks in the morning - not confirmed
  5. Proposed themes and/or speakers for the workshops/talks:
    1. William - 1

    5. Kite photography - 1
    6. Crossing Bridges - 2
    7. Jed - 2

    14. Journalism - 1 (I volunteer Seb for his extensive PE and GE coverage)
