2nd Hand: Dark or Bright Side?

With the affordable 2nd hand, i bought a D30 2 yrs back while still trying to clear my SLRs. Now very tempted to have a hand on a pro body but couldn't decide which side. 1D and D2H seems equally tempting... help help.
