There's one at lucky chinatown 2nd flr.. selling mostly antique stuff
One more somewhere near NAFA building... can't really say where, only know how to get there..

Think you mean the one diagonally opposite the Bean Cafe (below the Photographic Society of Singapore)? It is one of the oldest repair shops in Singapore, groundfloor of the white building. Shop is called 'camera exchange'
