2902 Gallery is pleased to present Dark Light, a joint exhibition featuring the works of legendary Magnum photographer, ABBAS, and Singapore's own talent, MELISA TEO.

For three years, Abbas and Melisa have journeyed through the spiritual worlds of Buddhism, Shamanism and lately Hinduism, photographing the same subjects but with contrasting perspectives and styles. With the sharp skeptical eye of a veteran photographer, Abbas photographs individuals and societies governed by their respective rituals and beliefs in the classic black and white Magnum tradition.

Melisa, on the other hand, regards her camera as an extension of her third eye and medium for transcendence. Light is her guide, and her photographic adventures an integral part of her spiritual journey.

The exhibition will run from 1st September to the 23rd September. For more information, please email to info@2902gallery.com or visit our website http://www.2902gallery.com/.
