What motion blur??
I only see one cab which add to the motion, the rest of the group all seem to be frozen. There's potential in this event as I was driving after my gym workout and was stuck in the jam.

This shot does not show much except that something big is going on at the temple.
from the look of the people in white, maybe mistaken for a Gangland boss furneral.
