$230 to install a new refuse chute cover..reasonable?

If your flat is going to be renovated, I think it is included in the renovation plan.........or get a used one from that open market next to Sim Lim Towers.........

no plans for renovating,maybe will ask around for more quote..

Coz have no clue about the market rate..

make sure they are approved by HDB if you are staying in a HDB flat. if i am not wrong you can actually get a list of contractors from your area's RC or CC
