1. The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel this shoot if the number of participants are not met. If the model/models are unable to come, the organiser reserves the right to replace the model/models of equal standard.

2. When the shoot is confirmed, there will be no refund even if the participant is unable to attend the session but he is allowed to sell this slot to other interested participant. Advance notice must be made to the organiser.

3. When the shoot is postponed or the model is being replaced, the participant has the right to withdraw and full amount will be refunded to the participant.

4. When the shoot is cancelled, all monies will be refunded to the participants.

6. Booking is only confirmed when payment is recieved on first come first serve basis.

Beware of this organizer. He cancels most of his shoots with the advertised models and tries to lure you to take on other models since he already has your advance payment, and if you decide you want a refund.. Good luck! I have asked him politely to refund and it's almost two weeks now and he hasn't done so. I had reminded him a couple of times and he keeps telling me he will refund. How hard is it to transfer funds from one bank to another? How is it that, when you're the one asking you have a deadline a month or more ahead of your shoot?

Sorry, it has come to this but you keep ignoring my request.

Noel, the shoot was supposed to happen on the 16 Aug 08 (Saturday) just 3 days ago. The models which you wanna shoot are pornstars. Before you signed up with me, I had already mentioned to you that she is not an ordinary model and she is expensive. We have an understanding that if you really want to do this shoot, you have to wait till I have enough participants and you agreed.

For S$ 250.00, you are shooting 2 pornstars in a hotel suite with professional makeup and lighitings. I am not sure whether you can shoot this anywhere with this kind of money. When there is not enough participants, I would always call the pariticpants and always replace with differnet models for you guys to shoot at special rate.

Many of them are okay with the postponement and are looking forward for this shoot. My question to you is that if you cannot wait that long, you should not say you will wait in the begining. Anyway, no point highlighting this.

Ok, eveyone knows that I had shoots the past 2 weeks. I even try to bring the models in last friday so that most of my Kakis can shoot. However, they can't because of work, so I had to wait for the agency to release them early next month.

Now I am freer, you will get you refund when I finished typing and I walk to the posb to do the transfer. Don't worry, I am not interested to cheat your S$ 250.00.

One thing I have to tell those who are joining my shoot. I don't get my models in Singapore, I fly them in. Certain times, we there are not enough participants or when there are better jobs for the models elsewhere, they will not come. Therefore I have to find replacement models to replace for those who had signed up especially those who took leave to shoot or those who flew in from Malaysia, Indonesia or as far as Dubai.

If any participating photographer cannot accept the kind of change of models, who cannot understand the kind of operations I am dealing with, please don't sign up with me. I do not have the luxury to write and explain this or that etc.

I know you feel frustrated that you had waited too long for the pornstars, for this I apologise.

*** My shoots may change here and there, now and then, but I deliver. Who would say I don't????

So why are you trying to hide my comments now by creating new threads? If you are sincere in your offering, let the users decide if they still want to join your photo shoots after knowing what I have experienced with you. Your excuse in bringing models from other countries is not valid. There's a very reputable organizer (everybody knows who he is) here who brings in models also from other countries every week and I have yet to see him cancel or if he cancels he informs several days beforehand. If you're going to put in you're policy that the participant has the right to cancel and that he will get full refund then abide by it. There should be no reason for the participant to beg you for the refund since it was your fault anyway. :nono:

Please stop crashing monobeauty's workshop threads.

I understand your frustration but please observe the CS guidelines.

Take up the issue in private with monobeauty. We discourage members from settling private issues in the open. You may, if you choose to , start a thread in Kopitiam to pursue this, but if the thread gets out of control it will be closed and deleted without notice.

If you choose to harrass the workshop forum we will take necessary action against you.
