he has surfaced it to the moderating team. the usual practice in CS is that we will delete the photos and let the parties sort it out. the assumption we are working on is that whoever took the photos own them. you can quibble about the minutiae with the lawyers.

Hi guys,

This is EC Management team.

The whole issue happened as one of the model unintentionally overlooked the agreement between Anson and herself in regards to the copyrights of the photos that were given to us to by the model to produce the poster. EC had no idea what is the agreement between them.

Anyway, we respect Anson's right in regards to the copyrights and would like to stress we have no intention to infringe his copyrights.

However, would like to suggest to CS moderator team that you should check with Anson which poster contains his work before deleting all the posters as we are very sure one of the poster doesn't contain any of Anson's work

Anyway, let's move on. Will be creating another thread for this photoshoot as we can't edit the post.
