I am not the guy on the ladder. I am towards at the left side.

To do the watermark, create a new blank .psd file, insert on the layer the text you want to appear. Then save it as .psd. Each time you want insert the watermark, just drag the layer from one file to another file and it will just appear. There might be a more elegant method though, but this is how I did it.

To resize, use the 'save for web' command in photoshop. The enter the size you want, apply and save.

Setup is Dynax 7D. 3600HS flash and Sigma 70-300 APOII.

Settings are iso 400, F8 and 1/160s. Flash fired directly. Some variations here and there.

USM, auto level applied. The saturated color is post-processed as well.
