Chingay 2011 promises a heighted parade experience like never before! Slated to be the largest and grandest parade in Chingay history, be sure to catch a breath-taking Fire Party at the Opening, largest ever moving multi-ethnic performances, first ever travelling dance competition within the parade, a spectacular finale where heart-warming candle lights held by thousands of performers will flood the entire parade ground, an inaugural colourful Arts District / Carnival and the most happening night party in town! Complete with dazzling floats under the night skies, the parade is a cultural extravaganza of performances from Singapore and that of around the world!

Want to play paparazzi for once? We are looking for 5 lucky winners to capture select moments during the Chingay rehearsals and share them on Facebook. Selected winners will each have a personal album dedicated to them with the pictures they have taken to share with their fans. To spice things up, we will be giving the winners the flexibility to choose any specific emotion, mood or theme they want to capture .no posing, no artifice.
