I'll be the photographer at my friend's wedding dinner tomorrow evening. These are my equipment:

1)450D with 50mm f1.8 or kit lens with battery grip
2) 50D with 24mm f1.4L & two batteries
3) 430EXII flash with 8 Sony rech. batteries

Anything that I missed?

Thanks

Memory cards. :bsmilie:

you're good to go.

good luck and look forward to seeing ur pics here!

for candid use the 50d / 24L combo. up ISO if necessary.

a bit late but look at the available online wedding albums for reference.

Depending on the venue, you may want a wider angle lens (17 or 18mm) else you may have a hard time taking group shots.

kind of late to be asking for advise?

Shoot your normal style and prep a mental list of MUST SHOOT items

..... and have the balls to 'order' people around to pose for pics and stuff like that .... shooting is the easy part :)

Borrow 580exII flash with external battery pack..because yr flash does not recycle fast enough for event like this.

If cannot find ..be patience with flash

Just make sure that you get in the main photographer's way.
Else, if u are the only photographer, go ahead and shoot ur own style. =)

You are good to go

Have fun

Checklist is good to have. Make sure there are people who will ahead of you, getting the tables ready for the group shots.

Good luck!
