Thanks bro. No prob. By the time typhoons reaches us, it usually becomes slightly stronger winds and rain. And nothing compared to tropical rain like those in SG.

Only thing to take care is to get enough supplies in case stores don't open, and the occasional floods in the surrounding regions... and of course cancel all plans to drive on the highways.
