Nikon TIger is trying to bring out an issue that is very relevant to today's photography scene/business. It's relevant.

Anyway it is a very good opportunity to introduce to you the young photographer, 17 yr old Lara Jade (I can think of another one who happen to be our own Zemotion) .... extremely talented, extremely beautiful....:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: Brow through her images and you will agree with me no doubt. Have been following her for a long time.

Anyway I agree, there is no need for a ban. It serves as a caution to people who posts their photos online, not just posting of your own photos but also think of the photos of the person your are posting.

haha .... ya, that's true...
what's incredible about her is that her equipments are so basic and she takes images better than a lot of better-equipped guys and self-proclaimed pro....:bsmilie: She started with PnS and now uses a Canon 350D with simple lens ..:thumbsup: and she is soooo young, and beautiful...
 

No fear, and no offense taken. I'm new here, and I may have step out of line occasionally, I'm sure this won't be the last time ;) I've exchanged mail with admin about this already, all's cool.

Sometimes the impression people get about such copyrights violations, is that the law will take care of the rightful owner etc..., but in real life, its a battle one must be prepard to go through, both patiently and financially.

The girl is not nude. Her image is just a simple model shoot thing - I think even more innocent and less devious than most of the images posted in P&P. It's just that some doofus koped her picture from god knows and used it as a VCD/DVD cover. Not as screwed up and sensational as it sounds.. Just another case of people infringing copyright laws I guess.
 

Abt the photo...that's a very nice shot of a 14yr old!!

Hate it when ppl misuse other ppl's photo for their own evil ways.

I think this issue is serious, as we know it, there's a worldwide hunt down for child sex paedofiles etc... imagine a big production company printing with 14y/o girl's photo(doesn't matter nude or not, its the implication), not to sound too cheem, but if its someone close like a sister or daughter, you'll understand my point. Besides, there's a print that says, "All models and actresses are above the legal age of 18"

Load of craps! Anyway, just a sharing here, nothing serious you should be insecure about to start banning people lah :bsmilie:

not to mention she's multi talented, national team for air rifle and great artist in DA. and quitting school for her work. i gotta agree with ya.

wow that 14yo's picture looks good. i didn't read much of the content though.
 

I've been against some people on CS putting up their naked children photos as it goes to paedophile website.

Unfortunately, some posters see those photos as harmless.:dunno:
