12-24mm, Nikon or ??

I,m about to pick up a Nikon 12mm-24mm (18-36)
i own a 24-120mm already which will give me a nice range with just these two lens.
from 18 to 180. and with my 80-200 2.8 i'll be set for most (but not all) shooting.
As you know the 12-24 Nikon is a bit expensive and most likly worth it, But how would you guys rate
the 12-24 Sigma or Tokina against the Nikon? I read the Tokina was pretty sharp.
