Crowded but not that bad..... didn't notice any flash going off but then I'm immune to them already so I might not picked up even if there's any.

cos' i got my bro and my friend interested in this kind of events.. so i trying to find info for them just in case they dont know... now that u guys alerted me..

10th Ngee Ann City National Lion Dance Championships 2004 6 Sept to 11 Sept
(Monday to Saturday) 7.30pm to 10.30pm
Come join us for a spectacular performance of skills and heart-stopping stunts as Singapore’s top lion dance teams gather once again for an intense competition in this year’s National Lion Dance Championships. Feel the pulsating drum beats and clashing cymbals as these highly-skilled lion dance performers, adorned in their colourful outfits, begin their invigorating ritualistic dance steps. Also, look out for special daily performances such as Northern lion dance performance, kirin performance, pole acts, drum beating demonstrations and dragon dance performances. So, get ready your cameras and catch the roaring action ‘live’ at the Civic Plaza!

if i remember correctly when i went last year, no flash allowed as the performers are doing stunts on those high poles, so it will distract them and may fall and injure.

Anyone going today?
