10D lowest price found

Found a store in Penisular called thomas photo. They are selling 10D at 1099SGD. Accept trade-in for D60(rebate 500 dollars), so u just pay 599 if you currently own a D60. Limited stocks left. Heard there's 20 more.

Find them at Penisular(opposite City Hall MRT), unit number is #06-11B. Please approach Linda (Thomas Wife) and tell her you are from Clubsnap.

Just called them. Ordered the 20 sets supposedly coming this weekend.

Warning : Thomas photo has been blacklisted for undercutting other dealers....all cameras sold by them have to be exchange for D1x

Spoke briefly to Thomas just now. It seems that they've been ban by Canon for spoiling the market. Thus, they've decided to sell Nikon D1x instead. All Nikon D1x will be available for sale on 31th April 2003 at an unbelievable price of 2888$. No pre-order allowed, you have to queue outside the shop.

To those who has placed/bought from Thomas just now. Please re-queue up as your 10D has been pre-fitted with a 120-days Trial licence. After 120-days, your 10D will have the following restrictions:

Shoot the same quality as Creative Web Cam Go!
Accepts only 1.44" Diskette
All pictures will be black/white
Aperature will be set to f/22 fixed.
Shuttle will be set to 30sec fixed.

Shuttle lag will be 30mintues.

Sounds like a dream camera to me.
