I have done some testing on the Canon 10D focusing. Many people have complaint about the front or rear focusing problem of 10D, so I did a test to find out whether this a peculiar problem.

I have mounted the 10D with the EF 100-400mm lens on a tripod and the shutter was released via a cable. I hope that this will prevent camera shake and would possibly cause the pictures to turn out unsharp, etc.

Take note that the focusing is on the number 4. No cropping on all images.

Apparently, the 10D focusing seems not to be a problem with this lens.

I thot the newer 10D's does not have this issue anymore? :dunno:
