Looking for photographers, media professionals, entrepreneurs to take over a 1000 sqf photography studio at Commonwealth Drive. Good condition with metal racks, 3 aircons (2 of it less then 3 years old) and all electrical points. Furnitures like sofa, existing metal cabinets, make up mirriors, tables and chairs etc are included.
The studio space is located at Commonwealth Drive, 3 minutes walk from Commonwealth MRT. We have been operating the studio since 1999 and used it to shoot family portraits, products, fashion. Due to change in personal directions, we would not be extending the lease when it expires in July 2018. The space is handled by Mapletree Industrial, so rental is stabilised.
Instead of tearing down the studio to a bare unit before returning to Mapletree, we are looking for interested parties to take over. You would save cost as all the electrical points, and furnishing are already there.
There will be no take over fees (deposits required to pay to Mapletree), just take over the new contract from Mapletree will do.
