#1 DH - Dragon Hunt

Ok its me, the dragon lover
Its my 1st try organising a outing on ClubSnap. Hope the respond is not that poor and i'll try my best to keep this outing "alive".

The very FIRST DH on 8am Sunday, 18th July 2004 @ Singapore Botanical Gardens!

Objective of this outing :
1. Gather all the dragonflies pros and lovers together, face to face chat everything under the sun.
2. Share your photos* and experience with dragonflies you encountered.
3. Learn from each other mistakes or rather should i say skills.
4. Building up our friendship and keep our passion towards dragonflies burning.

This is not a equipment comparison outing. So no matter what camera you're using, as long as you are a dragon lover.. Dont be shy! Come & join us! :devil:

Hi Will03, it maybe last till 11-12pm where the sun is shining on those dragons already.
However, if you got something on later and need to leave earlier, its a no problem

I don't mean to be a cold blanket, but when I was there yesterday... there is fence surrounding the Swan Lake.

And there is no lotus flower in the lotus pond (near to the clock).

Please also note that admisssion charges for the Orchid Garden had increase to $5.00 for adult. (very expensive.. bad)

I was there last Saturday. You can still find dragon flies at the smalll pond
next to the temporary entrance (on the left). I've seen many red ones, one
blue and I think one yellow????

Bring ur best suited lens for macro, i'll lend you my 70-200 + ext tube for you to try out if you are keen to join

Yep, i know Swan Lake already down for upgrading purposes. But we'll be going to marsh garden where theres alot of dragons there most of the time.
