Yeah I agree, like cowmera said, a guide can make a good souvenir. And travel guides in the library may not be so updated and the popular ones will be borrowed out quickly.

I think some HDB flats in Sembawang have views of the shipyard. Not sure how close they are to the shipyard. But the residents there complained before because the black smoke from the shipyard dirtied their windows heh.
