Yes, I reckoned so. I was watching Gary's video, he said for higher ceiling, we can take off the cap, but lower ceiling have to put on cap. He stopped short of saying why. Is it because if the ceiling is too low, the bounced-down light will be too harsh, hence we need the cap on?
