Where can I get the base plate for the BlackRapid type of camera strap? Without it on the battery grip, it's difficult to take portrait shot with the battery grip. Or which brand strap comes with the base plate? Please advise. Thank you.

I'm deciding on whether to get the Nikon 18-200mm or the 18-300mm, the price different is about $300 and the weight different is about 300g. Which one would be the better choice? Has anyone actually own a 18-200 then upgrade to a 18-300? Maybe cam share your view. Thanks.
