#2, You just discovered the little green men/bugs that the whole world has been looking for all along, my friend! Good that you are in Canada, otherwise US Secret Service would've kidnapped you and your pics. :D Great shots!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

    nikon D90 or D5000

If the price difference is negligible for you, D90 is better so you don't have to worry about motorised/non-motorised lenses. Better to do a feature comparison and ultimately try both models out so you can make a decision based on whichever feels comfortable for you. Good luck! :)

    D90 - Asking About Viewfinder

@creation, Could it be because of the viewfinder focus? If you haven't tried adjusting already, it's to the right top, adjacent to the popup flash. :)

@Stratix, would you mind putting a pic of your full camera? Or would prefer not to reveal the total beauty? (Would like to see how it looks with the Gaffer tape on). Thanks! :)

All my work gone. someone pls help

Did you try the Recuva deep scan? That usually finds stuff. Don't perform any copy/del operations anymore in the drive. If Recuva doesn't help, some other commercial program might help if you could find one. Could the pics have been moved to some other folder accidentally?

    D90 Tripod Recommendations

Benro isn't bad either. There's lot of info here on CS. Lengthy threads of tripod discussion. Take your time and best is to go out and try and feel them before making a decision. Try as many brands and models as possible before making a decision, because in the end you'll be lugging it around as...

What is wrong with this picture?

Colour cast seems to be present on both sides. Too tightly cropped, maybe TS wanted to emphasize on the colour cast?

Is 50mm is good for macro photography?

Indoor and night time photography. ISO performance of of D90 is quite good but It's better to have a fast lens than jack up the ISO, anytime.

Is 50mm is good for macro photography?

At some point you might wish that you have kept the 50mm 1.8D of yours because the kit lens can be quite tricky for night time photographs. However, personally I would recommend going for Tamron 90mm or other 1:1 Macro lens at once (immediately or after some saving if necessary) because meddling...
