if its the slave flash, you referring to, the brand is kako by suntax. 9000E series. you have to set it to F2 to synch with the A80 flash.

there is a post about slave flash, i have the same model, paid $73 for it, here some where...also got before and after shots of the A80. i bought a olympus WCON-08 $135 (i think). i do not know how to post pictures. but i agree, i do not use the lens accessory very much. only thing i like...

u need a step-up ring after bayonet-mounting the adapter. i bought olympus lens for my A80. so its 52 up to 57.

i have an A80 as well. so i bought a lite weight tripod. but not too lite!! i also have the tele, a slave flash and a fish-eye lens. but now i know these not very used at all. hmm, how come i never considered a polarizer....

i bought mine at the same price. but no CF no trolley, nothing.

will take as many as time allows. bringing my laptop to dl the pix. thks again. and to yr fren as well.

i did not want to name names, but yes. i did explain to him what i read here but he did not understand. i told him that i wanted a flash that would fire when the flash on the A80 fired, and he told me there was one with a bracket???!! if it does have a bracket which attaches to the A80, then...

hi guys, i just came back from 'a shop' at AMK and they say there is no such thing as a remote flash for the A80. the achiever one comes with a bracket that attaches to the body of the camera. anybody kind enuff to show how remote is remote? thks.

sorry. i newbie to remote flash. how does it work? when the shutter is triggered, there is a wireless link between digi-cam and remote flash? and what brand are you guys using? thks.

would it be advisable to put a UV filter on the A80? does it make a whole lot of difference? it cuts off blue is it?
