    handheld.....but it's highly recommend for u to use tripod when shooting macro.... actually i've face some problem with u, most of my photos getting blurr blurr in low light condition, because my cheap + lousy tripod spoilt already, so what i do is i only shot macro on sunny day under the HOT...

    you can buy from JIM- check thru EBAY......it cost SGD115 if buy from JIM, if you can take longer time to wait, you can buy from oversea EBAY seller, it cost around SGD85 including shipment cost... you can see my shot without macro lens...
