So you do go to a gym since u walk on a threadmill? If you do go to the gym, make full use of it's facilities, esp all the cardio machines. Let me know if you wanna know more abt using cardio machines. As mentioned earlier, do crunches instead of sit ups. It's also less stressful on the back...

Thanks for your comments. I was there to watch the sunset but that night also happened to be a full moon and I managed to capture the moon rising behind the rock. Good thing I had my tripod set-up! About the moon looking small in the picture, it just explains how big and massive the Ayers...

The 719B seems to be a good option other than the 724B. Pity that both can't change the heads. Are there any other options coz I'd prefer to have a quick-release head.
