I actually have the Zeikos 77mm UV multicoated filter... but I encounter a fair bit of light artefacts. I was wondering if anyone might be able to recommend an alternative that they've used that they have no problems with. Tiffen? Hoya?

sorry, can i clarify... if i were to follow Ansel's suggestion and set to manual mode, making using of the sensor to control the flash exposure... will I have to adjust the settings on the flash for each photograph? Or is the power output determined by the Thyristor?

Just sent in some 3000x2000 files, split from a panorama photo to print 4R. Told the shop to do fit printing, meaning no crop, but there was still a thin white margin on the side of the each photo. So what is the exact resolution for various print sizes for exact fit?

yep, talking abt the built-in flash. went down to NSC today, quoted $210 for replacement for the built-in flash. gosh. looks like i'll probably be saving up for an SB600 then. only worry is whether the flash sync is okay or not. sekali get an external flash, flash sync still off, then sian liao.

btw any point bringing down my unfilled warranty card if the camera is more than a year old anyway?
