First the lens sensor for detecting if the barrel was extended or not failed.. Totally making the device a brick.. Tried to get it repaired under warranty but Sony wouldn't play as I couldn't produce the correct international warranty.. And was quoted almost 400 for the repair in Singapore...

yeah good point.. I actually do prefer wider angles.. I'm heading off into Myanmar for 3 weeks in a couple of days so that should work out.. cheers Jamie
