Hi I just bought a Nikon 50mm 1.8G lens but most of the photos I took are blur and soft at 1.8 or 2.8 ! I was using a 35mm and the results were much better. What's wrong ?:think: O ya...I'm using a D5300.

Hi Then is it advisable to shoot without diffuser ? Since the flash focal length & lens are different when the diffuser is on.

Hi I was thinking, the flash focal length n lens aren't the same when diffuser is on, does that mean the flash will not cover as far as what the lens is aiming ? If lens length is 55mm whereas flash is only 11mm, does that mean my subject will not be lighted up ?

Thanks for these info. For my case, I just started DSLR in Feb and wont be upgrading to FX Cam too early or maybe not at all unless I'm a pro or want a gd cam wif gd lens tat can gv me superior IQ. What I'm doing now is searching fo7 a zoom lens for my D5100. Of course, a better 1 among the ones...

Thanks...look like 70-300 which wasn't shortlisted by me is best recommended ! Next would be the 55-200. Ok I shd not think abt the 18-200. I juz gona be prepare of the trouble of chg lens and wont compromise on IQ. But I still appreciate more comments ;)
