If you're using a dry cabinet as mentioned in the title, wouldn't you be able to control the humidity? Then the office humidity wouldn't affect it either...

Shooting close ups of planes makes it look rather static. The wider shots you featured gives it the feel of an air show with the flight patterns and all. Good job!
