I am a Hobbyist. Can't carry heavy weight ones. I wan't it for shooting with 300 F/4.0 with 1.4X teleconverter for bird photography once in a while. Please suggest some shops too.

My mom just got a 5mp Kodak easy share Z7590 and I was going to get her a 1 gig SD card for it. What speed SD card should I get. Does the camera limit the speed of the card, so would i want to match the two so I don't spend more on a higher speed card that the camera won't even utilize...
