Hmmnn possible reason for 770 being cheaper than 750 at release is the country they are assembled in. 770 in MIC (made in china) ... got mine at PC Show for $945 ... added in an additional 128mb card ;p

Hello Shutter, Can't comment on the differences between 770 and 750 ... since my last camera was the C700 ... I can only say that I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase of the 770. Obvious improvements, size, weight ... handling (response time of zoom lens, ability to snap multiple...
