Nothing to do with the organisers.

It's because those previously pregnant models have delivered their babies and are now free to shoot.

If they are single mother then shooting charge will include milk powder and cost for onsite babysitter

A few models give us generous discounts if they are allowed to bring their babies to shoots.

Photographers in the group shoot take turns to carry the babies.

The downside is the photographers are playing more with the babies than shooting.
