Those clip on type for mobile phone. I know I can buy online but my trip is just 5days away, thanks in advance.

Last minute decides to try videography via smartphone for my trip. However, with phone fix aperture (and with minimum iso, sort of), I can't play around with shutter speed so I thought ND might be an alternative.

Your phone is designed for bright sunlight video

If you put ND filter it will boost the ISO and your video will look bad

I think you are using the wrong tools

Not true, ISO fixed at lowest , leaving only shutter speed to adjust.

And exactly at bright sunlight, if I increase my shutter speed, I'll over expo. Thus, we need ND filter to cut out light so as to increase shutter speed.

Increase shutter speed ....! Should be the other ay round... decrease

Mobile phones have a rolling shutter. Keep that in mind when taking videos of fast moving objects and you slow down the shutter.

so far I have seen one from nisi. the filter holder comes with polarizer n GND. not sure about ND though. U can check out TK photo at Plaza Sing
