Hi deslim27, How much did you pay for the 50-500 Sigma? Since Minolta mount is hard to find in Singapore, did you order them from Sigma direct?? ;p

I have sent in hundreds to development shops. But most shops prefer images less then 2mb. Anything more then that, it takes time for them to read download, etc. In the case of Konota, maybe they felt your amt's just a "small fry". No offence meant. Just personal experience when I started out...

So far KM has kept telling the whole world that the KM lenses are constructed in such a way that they will benefit the AS. Since 3rd Party lenses are also constructed in near similar fashion, would they also benefit right ? Can anyone of your shed some light on this?

I was there 2 weeks back and I spotted a bunch of waders at the mud flats. The Best time to run to Buloh would be end of Sept. That's when the official migratory season starts. Most of the birds are in hongkong right now and the entire bunch will be here by then.

I just feel that Minolta has not done enough to create their value. That's why their customers are dwindling and jumping "ship".. They really need to step up a bit on their marketing efforts now that D7D is coming out soon.
