I would def rec a dry cabinet esp if u r going to take yr camera in n out frequently but if u r tight on funds atm n want to use a dry box, here's some tips: - try n get one thats made for storing cameras ie it shd come with a hygrometer - put in a silica gel absorber like "Jumbo" etc...

Not sure about video but for photos, I have seen them in samples from ISO200. In ISO50, they are definitely not there. Have not seen ISO100 samples but I am guessing shd be quite safe.
