How's does the bounce card/ flash cover stick on the F11? Is it stable? What mode do you usually use with the slave flash? Aperture Priority? or Shutter Priority?

my sunpak flash adapter has several modes... one can trigger the attached flash simulataneously with the 2nd flash while the other can trigger the same time as my camera's built in flash. that's only 2 out of the 5 modes available...

To F11 users, Is the flash recycle time for F11 roughly the same as the F10? dpreview quoted a recycle time of 3.3 secs which is quite long. I was frustrated with my Pana LC33 before because of the long recycle time tho I don't recall exactly how long. Sometimes I feel ashamed when I asked...
