    Red channel saturation

    Hi, I notice that the red channel tends to over saturate when taking photos of red flowers. This happened with both my DL and K100D Super. How do I avoid this?

    I use a cable release for fireworks... it is a bit ackward to use a remote when you are behind the camera as the ir sensor is in front of the camera... bought a 3rd party one sometime back in this forum from a seller @ $25 if i remember correctly

    How about releasing the focusing screen on the K100D? i believe they are the same :dunno: From what i read from forums, the metal frame is suppose to pop up when a spring catch in the middle is pulled towards the front. But mine does not pop up.

    my sanyo quick charger has a refresh functon and it dun need a power cord.. just plug in straight to the wall outlet :)

    Taking photos at night or in dim situations

    for shots like above where flash is out of the question, using pns, you will need a tripod (prevent handshake) with high iso camera (for moving subjects) for better results... if using slr, you have another option to use a faster lens :)

    i used to shoot raw, but now going back to jpeg to improve my shooting technique instead of relying on post processing too much :bsmilie:
