Guys, about my lockup, I took my camera to Olympus to check and it turns out to be IS module is faulty. Good thing it is still under warranty.

I have such lockout experience 5 times within a day. That was the time I first started to use micro SD card with SD card adapter. I did a reset on my camera and change back to use my SD card and now I did not experience such issue.
