Sure. I brought a brand new DC from Sim Lim Square. I have talked with the saler this afternoon and have to go to another place on next Monday.

I brought a DC on Apr. 1st and the LCD doesn't work one day later. Could I take my money back from the saler by returning the DC. Is there anyone have the same experience? Thanks a lot.

Just buy a new CP 3700. Take a few photos. Cannot Autofocus well in near distance. Does anybody encounter the same problem?

According to the manual of 3700 ( page 43), only Panasonic SD is accepted by Nikon when using movie mode of 640*480 30bps. It shows that 3700 needs SD of 10Mbps transfer speed. 256M Panasonic SD is fit for it. So, if you have tested the charming 640*480 30bps movie, pls give some comments...

By surfing online, I found there are two type of Panasonic SD memory, 1.2M and 10M, both are cheaper than Sandisk and Ultra II respectively. I got a price of 165SGD from eastgear which is reasonable in my view.

Quite right. But if you don't print, 5 meag has little effect. Though 3700 has a 1.6'' lcd, which is much less than QCR51, it has 134000 dot. To a girl, a slender DC is more attractive in my view. :)

hehe, I got a price for Nikon 3700 which is similar with your QVR-51. IMO, 3700 is a little bit smaller than QVR51 and the Movie function is also better than QVR51.

Yeah, Sandisk is famous brand. But according to the data of speed, only Sandisk Ultra II has the same speed of Panasonic, which is about 10Mb/s. I wanna buy a Nikon CP3700. When using the Movie Mode of 640*480 30fps, the manual shows that SD which has 10Mb/s speed at least is needed...
