Yes bro... Iin flash mode, I can select few types of flash such as: auto, fill-in, slow, slow1 I have selected "fill-in" flash to be always fired but power of flash still not enought to power his face. My external Oly flash is set to TTL-auto. My son stand 2-3m away from me.

Bro, I guest you are refering to build in flash huh? ... Yes I can increase it but not for external flash FL14. I found flash exposure setting that's why I increased +1, hoping can toggle my FL14 to be more power but seems doesn't work. I wonder what is the purpose to have flash exposure...
