Found this deal on Carousell

Hi guys, I found this guy on Carousell (he claims he has a shop at Concorde Hotel but I can’t seem to find the shop on Google) . He has over 580 5* reviews and he is selling the lens $300 cheaper.. anyone can advise? Thanks.

Cheaper prices usually come from 'grey models'. That means: any warranty claims need to be done with the shop only at their own T&C (do read them carefully).
The lens will not be accepted at Canon Service Center for any warranty claim. They might even reject to service the lens for time & material.
