Got it back today. A bunch of parts were replaced. AF, front body, shutter box, rubber grips.

Nikon is useless.... they NEED to stop rushing to the market (like Samsung) and test their product more, revise firmware then release their products. FAR too often they have been having Q/A Issues.

I got mine back about 2 weeks later. I didn't ask for a loan camera.

Mine was repaired in a week. Collected my camera and went shooting in Sentosa on the same day. After a few shots, got a call form NSC. It had given me someone's camera! The staff offered to send my camera to my residence but I decided to go back to NCC to swap. Lesson learned is the staff AND the owner should double check the serial number when collecting. LOL
