Manfrotto 190DB - quick release plate missing, anywhere to buy in Singapore?

Hi, I have a Manfrotto 190DB .. but realised the quick release plate for screwing the camera to the tripod is missing.. is there anywhere in Singapore or online that I can buy?

I believe it's called a 200PL or something, Cathay's Peninsular Plaza store has it when I went last month.
