My few cents :
1. Exposure : I think its at least 1.5 stops too dim. Next time, try a few exposures of the scene. If not, you can still raise this one in the raw converter.
2. Composition : Building to the left a bit too big and makes the viewer take attention to it, but it does not have much to offer visually. So the composition looks un-balanced.

not really an expert. but i think Pinholecam sums up most of the point.
The two structure to the left is quite distracting.
