First we have the Civil servant mindset who just follow the book and lost $$$$

Next we SAW the business mindset who made tons of money

Follow by a person who try to merge business and service but has not enough time to finish the job

The problem solver who step in and has IR/PR Manager, Engineering Manager, Operations Manager and of course Sale & Marketing Manager. Who else should be included????

I think SG is a bit overacting on the breakdowns

Like I always say about ourselves. We are victims of our own success.

We have become so successful as a country that we developed the mindset that everything evolves around our wishes and lifestyles.

We are becoming like the Americans who think that world evolves around USA and there is nothing outside of USA.

I may sound extreme here but if u think hard enough, u will get what i mean

As our lifestyle become so comfy and efficient, we forget that things do not always go according to our plan and timetable

So every single of inconvenience and time delay, we must complain and whine.

And we think the rest of the world operates like SG.

We have this sick mentality that since we pay for something, we must get the best service and everything out of it.

So what if train breakdown? Who is dying from it? So what if u go home or office or next appt 2 hours late?
