Looks like another massive explosion has rocked some chemical plant.

Tin foil hat wearing crowd over here are saying that USA is using HAARP or a space based laser or a buried suitcase mini nuke to try and provoke a world war with China and Russia. Interesting entertainment but imagine if it were true. They are calling the last explosion China's 911.
