Yusok Ishak - Yusof Ishak... (SG50)

I simple do not understand how the mistake can be overlooked. Some how those people who verify the packaging print did not bother to check properly or unsure about it. They must have thought the spelling was correct in order for it to be missed. MAS apologizing, first time and in this critical period too, very embarrassing indeed.

Grammar error in your sentence. 'I simply do not understand' rather than 'I simple do not understand'... Hope this helps.

A simple mistake 'might' make your collection worth more $$$$ years later... LOL :bsmilie:

It should have been "There is a grammatical error in your sentence.".

Lucky the spelling error is not on the dollar note itself! That will be the mother of all mistakes.

Thanks Uncle Fai. I am still learning. Thanks for pointing out and giving the chance. :)

Hope that helped as well ................ now could somebody please carry on? ......... :bsmilie:

I believe those persons in charge of this project have taken the printing requirements very lightly, the additional flaw on the unintended spacing was another unacceptable overlook for such a major SG50 project. Who knows, perhaps the add space was intended to be that way.

... a sign that it is counterfeit currency :)

Just wonder why they were so hasty to issue these commemorative notes...... at least they could have waited after the September school holidays..... ;)
