Read up in Photo Biz section about the question. There are some guidelines that will help you to determine your costs. From there you can start thinking about the price you want to charge.

Suggesting you to read up the sticky threads in PhotoBiz,
not asking you to post a new thread with same question again.

threads move and merged.

anyway, read from your posting, seem like you have no idea how much is a fair rate to pay the photographer you are about to hire.
you don't get an answer as each photographers need to determine their cost, profit and their perceive value of their own works.

what you can do is to set your own budget on this project, because at the end of the day, setting too low you may not get the job done properly. and if your expenses to high will hurt your business too.

and the most important thing is get everything written in black and white.

To TS,

All in all, it really depends on how your want to the image to be represented and how the brand image is.

If you prefer any picture will do, then find one that suits your business cost. But if the image you need is to bring your brand to the next level, then you need to find people who is good with it.

For simple really basic "just clear and bright" picture, I believe people charge around $150 for a beginner freelancer for a couple of hours of work using basic equipment and shooting for fun.

There isn't a market rate, just a price you are willing to offer and the resultant images. So be reasonable with the quality and price.

It is easier if you show what you want to achieve and let people quote you for that.

Cheap doesn't always better, expensive may offer more value to your business in long term.

Hope you are well.

Regards,

Hart
