Terms and Conditions of the Contest:
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The competition is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents residing in Singapore.
1.2 Images that have won prizes in prior competitions, or have been used for commercial purposes and/or been published will not be
eligible.
2. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
2.1 Entries should be in JPEG format.
2.2 The Organisers reserve the right to reject entries with incomplete details. The submission deadline is 10 December, 2014, before
2359hrs (Singapore Time). Entries received after that date will be deemed ineligible to win.
2.3 All submitted materials are non-returnable.
2.4 Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, or material that violates the rights of third parties. Entries may not include confidential information, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to any person or entity other than the participant absent a suitable license or permission agreement (proof of which is required). Entries containing any forbidden matter or material otherwise deemed by Walk and Roll Studios to be inappropriate will be disqualified.
3. COPYRIGHT/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Entries must be the original and unpublished work of the participant and copyright owner.
3.2 The Organisers reserve the right to reproduce any entry in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without requiring the
permission of the participant and without any fee payment.
4. PRIZES
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 (White)
4.1 Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
4.2 The Organisers reserve the right to modify the competition prizes and its rules and regulations as and when necessary, without
prior notice.
4.3 The Organisers are not liable for any fault with any of the prizes and any issues should be referred to the Manufacturer/Supplier.
4.4 There will be only one Grand Prize winner for the overall contest. Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after winner verification. If winner fails to verify within 14 days upon notification, the Organisers reserves the right to award the prize to the next best photo entry.
5. JUDGING AND RESULTS
5.1 The photos will be selected by Walk and Roll Studios and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection
process and decision will be entertained.
5.2 Evaluation of entries will be based on the following criteria:
- Artistic/visual appeal.
- Originality
- Creativity
- Extent to which the photograph captures the essence of the theme.
5.3 The judging panel reserves the right not to award the prizes if the photographs submitted do not meet the requirements stated in this
document.
5.4 Results of the competition will be posted on Walk and Roll Studios Facebook Page and winners will also be notified via email.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
6.1 Submission of entries signifies acceptance of the rules and regulations of the competition.
6.2 While the Organisers will exercise due care during the collection, selection and storage of images, it shall not be held liable for any
loss, theft or destruction of the images.
7. ORGANISERS
